InterConnections, S.C. is an outpatient mental health clinic in Wisconsin who recently started using Bell MedEx as our billing company at beginning of the year. We were hesitant to use a billing company, as we have billed our own insurance claims for over 30 years. We are glad to report that using Bell MedEx is efficient and that they are very responsive; emails are answering within 24 hours and if I call via telephone, they either answer promptly or call back very shortly.

Mr Marton's team has provided prompt, courteous service. Follow up and teamwork is good, including help with coding questions. This simplifies my practice considerably. My one objection is that I was not told prior to committing to Bell MedEx that the company is offshore. I would have liked that transparency so that I could make an informed decision.
